This is me working at the Kenwood Community Growers kitchen garden in Nether Edge, Sheffield. Yes that daft grin on my face is entirely down to the buzz I get from growing.
Not that gardening is always easy when fatigue strikes, yet I’ve never regretted pulling myself up off the metaphorical floor and getting outside and stuck in. Being surrounded by plants always takes the edge off, no matter how complicated my day.
