Learn the art of photographing perfect plant portraits, where camera technology and creativity come together to frame the natural world.
Topics covered: differential focus; controlling backgrounds; lens focal length effects and using extension tubes. Plus the possibilities and limitations of automatic and phone cameras.
Join online – Saturday 31st October 4.30pm.
The 90-minute, live, online session will be delivered by photography and nature expert, Fran Halsall. During the session you can expect;
- Introduction to ‘Perfect Plant Portraits’
- Differential focus
- Controlling backgrounds
- Lens focal length effects
- Automatic and phone cameras
Each session is limited to 15 people to ensure quality and includes:
- Five-minute tea break half-way through
- Short Q&A at the end for support on specific topics
- Recording of the Zoom meeting, to download and rewatch at your leisure
- PDF version of the tutorial that will help you develop your photography
