The concept of placing your plants in the right environment is key to successful plant establishment, and hassle-free, low-maintenance gardening.
The whole concept behind ‘right plant, right place’ is that if you choose plants that are well suited to their site they will establish quickly, they will have healthy root systems, and be healthier plants. Healthy plants are much better equipped to withstand pests, diseases and problems than those that are not suited with an environment.
Learn how to apply the right plant, right place method in your own garden, where to take plant inspiration from and the how to keep track of all the information by creating easy to follow planting tables.
Join online – Saturday 28th November 4.30pm.
The 90-minute, live, online session will be delivered by gardening and nature expert, Fran Halsall. During the session you can expect;
- Introduction to ‘Right plant, right place’
- Applying the concept to your garden
- Finding plant inspiration
- Planting tables and tracking progress
Each session is limited to 15 people to ensure quality and includes:
- Five-minute tea break half-way through
- Short Q&A at the end for support on specific topics
- Recording of the Zoom meeting, to download and rewatch at your leisure
- PDF version of the tutorial that will help you with your garden projects
